Week of 4/29-5/5 Workouts!
Please note: Since I simply CAN NOT make time to do individual journal entries for each workout anymore, I will be combining a week-at-a-time entries into one entry. Of course, race reports will still be seperate.
5/2/07: 6 Miles at Home
Ave 9:36/mile
total running: 57:41
Heart-rate: 161 ave, 180 max
Weather: warm.
Notes: I have shin splits from my race effort the other day...so I took it easy today. This will be the only run I do this week. :(
