2/10/07: Lost Run #10…
SIDENOTE: Please note that I shall refer to the next month or so of running as the ‘lost runs;’ the runs that were short, boring, and had no influence or baring on the quality (if any) of my training…
This 6 mile run finished out my mileage for the week-a whooping 12 miles. Not impressive and I look forward to getting back up to 20 miles/week, and maybe starting to actually train for something.
