12/12/06: A Nice 3 Mile Recovery!
After the pounding, pounding effort of Sunday’s 30K, I decided to take a few days off…and believe me, I needed it and it felt great! My quads needed to calm down, and I started to notice a slight ache in my right ITB! YIKES and no good! I ran slow (well, jogged at more of a shuffle) and worked the kinks out. Hope to be back to full force in a week-fingers crossed!

Weather: cool and nice.
