11/4/06: My First Run Since…
The Half. I didn’t think it was smart to go take the bum ankle for a test-drive yet, but I was more curious then anything. I ran 30 minutes VERY slowly with the ankle brace on. I was pretty sore, oh well. I think I need another week to recover before I start to train properly again.
