9/9/06: Short and Sweet Recovery Run.

I had plans for tonight, so after a lonnng and stressful day, I got in a quickie to have some energy for the night. 2 miles seems like nothing, and sure enough, it went by very quickly. I felt strong and happy and am looking forward to a 7 mile run and 10 mile bike tomorrow night.
