9/19/06: SMARTie Hills!!!
Tonight was a rousing rendition of SMARTie hills out at Terry Hershey Park. I actually enjoy doing hills, although the hill out there is quite long and much less forgiving then the St. Thomas hill we run out by Shepard Hill. The workout was a 2 mile warmup out to Hwy 6, 2 miles of hills, and a 2 mile cool down run back. I ran well overall, but I need to remind myself to bring water next time we do this workout.
