9/14/06: SMARTie HOP and 3 Miles!

A great workout tonight...5 miles (2 mile warmup and 3 mile cooldown) and a rousing rendition of SMARTie HOP. I am tired from Tuesday’s efforts on the relay so I played it ‘easy’ tonight. It was good to talk with Coach Steeeeeve about Tri stuff…the countdown has officially begun with about two weeks to go! Excited! 10k race on Saturday (hoping to PR). Woohoo!
