8/31/06: Short SMART Workout, but Still Good!
I only ran 2 miles today for two reasons. First-I am slowly building my mileage up. Secondly-my groin was a little sore from Tuesday so I thought it was better not to push it ‘too much.’ The workout today called for the new SMARTie HOP, but since this isn’t really a running intensive program (other then short bursts of speed) so I was able to participate 90% of the time. Looking forward to the first workout I can do full out.
