7/11/06: 30 Minutes of Kicking in the Pool
My groin was really bothering me today so I decided to take it 'easy' and only do 30 minutes of kicking in the pool. Granted, it gets tiring. Usually aafter about 5 minutes, my legs feel like they want to fall off, lol. It was a good workout though, and my groin felt much better after it.
The STATS:

Heart-rate: n/a
Weather: coool, it was dark, maybe mid-80's.

Hey, Jessica, I can't get any kind of power when just kicking. I go nowhere. Are you getting a lot of forward progress from just kicking?
