5/31/06: Another 3 Mile Run near the House!
Another 3 miles around the house. It was late tonight but better then nothing. I wore my blinker and ran on sidewalks as much as possible to avoid getting ran over. I miss running at the Park for some weird reason. Looking foward to getting back to 'better quality' runs soon.

30 minutes total running
Heart-rate: n/a
Weather: cool, mid 70's.
