5/26/06: 3 Mile Run near the House!
I haven't dropped off the face the earth...but I have been teaching out in Sugar Land this past week so I haven't been online much at all. It's been a great week of teaching, and then some running on the side. The running tonight was good...humid but I managed fine.
The STATS:

30 minutes total running
Heart-rate: n/a
Weather: humid. 80's.
