5/2/06: 3 Slow miles by my House.

I got in a slow 3 miles today…was ‘attacked’ by a small dog on a leash that must have thought I was a fire hydrant or something. Hello! Why do people insist on walking their dogs on those dumb ‘rope’ leashes? I can never see them when I am running, and sure enough I get caught in them and almost always have to slow down and detangle from them! Oh well. It was still a nice run and I am blessed to have an injury-free week to train!
