3/21/06: A Nice, Steady Tempo Run at the Park…

I had no plans to push the pace tonight so I ran 5 ‘relatively easy’ miles around the park…the pace felt great and the weather was nice, as well. In fact, I ran every mile at almost the exact same pace, and that was without using my watch to gauge my pace. Sweet! That must be a new talent I have, the more I run :)
