3/18/06: 3 MORE Miles of Recovery…

My body is still feeling tired from the amount of exertion that I have put on it over the last few weeks so I decided to forgo any kind of speedwork and just 3 more miles of a recovery run by my house. Yes, it wasn’t exciting or pretty, but I am feeling a little better. Still sore though, so I need to use TheStick and stretch and all that good jazz. I should probably get to riding my bike too as a form of cross-training!!!
