3/16/06: 3 Miles of Recovery, which I really need!

After 4 days of harder then normal workouts, I decided to take today easy. 3 veryyy slow (almost to a shuffle) miles near my house. It felt great to be moving again, but my body just did not want to move. I guess this means that next week is going to be a recovery week, which is so crucial considering I have not been staying true to the schedule of 3weeks hard/1week easy.
