2/15/06: Another ‘quick’ 5 Miles on the Treadmill.

Another 5 at the gym…my body felt great tonight, and I finished up after this run with a 30 minute upper body workout. I haven’t really noticed an ‘improvement’ in my running since I have been hitting the weights relgiously, but I think this is going to be one of those things where in the end, I feel more fit and I will have a stronger CORE…we shall see when it comes to race time.
