2/14/06: A ‘quick’ 5 Miles on the Treadmill.

After the Striders meeting, I knew I needed to get in some ‘choice’ mileage (my catch word for the week) and there is no better place (late at night anyhow) then the gym. I cleared 5 miles in 50 minutes and 20 seconds. Not a bad run. I was sure tired (mentally and physically) after this run though and my knees were still sore from my concrete run 2 days prior. Tomorrow brings 5 more miles (at the gym), since I will be out of town this weekend at a trade show in San Antonio!
