12/5/05: Recovery Run at the 24 Hour Fitness!
Just needed to get in 4 miles tonight and see how the legs felt after Saturday’s race. Not too bad actually, although I felt a slight twinge of pain under my right kneecap a few times so I just backed the speed off. I can tell it’s going to take my legs a few days to recover though from the evil concrete in Pearland, so I am going to train relatively easy this week and kick things back up after my 14 mile run on Sunday.
